Carlsbad Primary Bathroom
The Challenge
The original primary bathroom had a dated fiberglass tub/shower combo, a single vanity with no storage, and poor ventilation that led to persistent moisture problems. The tile was cracked in several places, and the grout was stained beyond repair.
The Solution
Full demolition down to the studs. Kerdi waterproofing membrane throughout. A frameless glass walk-in shower with custom tile work, a freestanding soaking tub, double vanity with quartz top, heated tile floors, and a code-compliant exhaust fan. Every surface was replaced.
