Concept Design
We develop initial layout options and design concepts. This includes space planning, flow, and key design decisions. You review, provide feedback, and we refine.
Design Development
Selected concept is developed into detailed drawings. Material selections, fixture specifications, and finish schedules are finalized. We provide a detailed cost estimate alongside the design.
Construction Documents
Final plans are prepared for permitting and construction. Structural engineering, energy calculations, and all required documentation are completed.
