Permits & Prep
We handle all permits through the City of San Diego Development Services Department. We coordinate inspections, schedule subcontractors, and order materials before breaking ground.
Construction
Work begins. Daily cleanup. Weekly written updates with photos. If we discover something unexpected behind a wall, we stop, document it, and present options before proceeding.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk through every detail together. A punch list is created and completed. You receive your 2-year craftsmanship warranty, maintenance guidelines, and our direct line for anything that comes up.
